Move liquidity from one cash or bank account to another. Total liquidity is unchanged — only its location, and optionally its ownership, moves.

Debits the destination, credits the source. Tag a client and their pool moves with the money, which is also how an inter-party obligation gets settled by hand.

Transfers do not change your total liquidity — only where it sits. If moving a client's funds leaves the source account short for them, the clearing engine will post a balancing entry just as it does for an expense.
